How To Use It

As a dietary supplement, adults mix two (2) scoops with 6-8 oz. of water or favorite beverage daily. For best results, take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz. of water. Shake with water right after training, blend into smoothies, or mix into your favorite recipes.
